I served my country with honor and distinction, while learning the importance of servant leadership, being process-oriented, and reinforcing traits of success like teamwork, dedication, and perseverance.
After my service, I turned my passion for service and travel toward the skies where I enjoyed a career as an in-flight service crewmember for Delta Air Lines for 7 years. In 2017, I decided it was time to move back to the South, leading me to Central Texas where I fell in love with the people and the culture, so much so that I decided to call it home.
Starting my own vacation rental property management company here in New Braunfels is the culmination and embodiment of over a decade of operational and customer service excellence.

When I'm not working, you can find me in the kitchen or in the backyard firing up my grill to host friends for weekend get-togethers. I also enjoy spending the day in Landa Park or floating the river with my long-time partner, Christina, 2 dogs Merlin and Tokyo, and daughter - Yuna. Also, enjoying all the area festivals or just visiting the wineries in Gruene is definitely something I make time for at least once a month.

The home was adorable! Super comfy and cozy. My husband and I had the most relaxing time. Also, right in the middle New Braunfels which was perfect for us since we were going to both places. Kristian was a spectacular host. Very helpful and quick to respond. We plan to stay again!
This house was wonderful! It was clean and such a great location. You can walk downtown if you鈥檙e up for a slightly longer walk, otherwise the drive is only 2 minutes. Kristian was also very responsive and able to accommodate our special requests. Looking forward to staying again!

Yes, however, there are some rules and guidelines to be aware of. First, you'll need to determine whether or not you have the right zoning for short-term rental. You can view where short term rentals are allowed by visiting this Short Term Rental Web Map provided by the city of New Braunfels. Next, you'll need to apply for a Short Term Rental Permit, by registering your property with the city of New Braunfels using their online permit portal. You'll also need a safety inspection by the Fire Marshal's Office annually and proof of property and liability insurance.

The City of New Braunfels levies a tax of 7% of gross receipts collected, upon the occupant of any room or space furnished by a hotel or short-term rental per the definitions below, where such costs of occupancy is at the rate of $2.00 or more per day. The City鈥檚 tax is in addition to the 6% rate imposed by the State of Texas, which must be remitted separately to the State. Most online vacation rental portals DO NOT remit the City鈥檚 portion of Hotel Occupancy Tax, so that responsibility is on the shoulders of the property owner or local management company. Additionally, guests who book short term rentals in the Water Oriented Recreational District (WORD) of Comal County, TX must pay a 3% lodging user fee, including any cleaning fees.
